Is this a display of Integrity?
Was Kane West expressing his truth from a space of integrity or lacking integrity in the way he upstaged this young woman? You be the judge…Tell us your thoughts…

Audree V. Jones-Taylor, coined the phase, the vision and the newly formed mission - Come out and Play the OPR way - Playing with a purpose. This phase is best identified by the aattached photos on a special event which werved over 1,000 children on teh Plaza in Downtown Oakland. Consistency through special events, daily programming and reinforcing the vision and the message is what seems to do the job… so enjoy play the OPR way.

REFLECTIONS of RESPECT
RESPECT
This week I worked on Respect by trying to Define what Respect really means to me. I used to believe that Respect came from other people’s fear or admiration towards me, & I’d always say I’d die 4 my Respect! As I contemplated that thought throughout the week, I Realized what’s the point of Dying for something you didn’t Live for? Respect has always been Top Rank in my priorities, but I went about getting that respect from people I wanted in the wrong way. I’ve never been one to treat others how I wanted to be treated, cuz I’d say “I don’t care how People treat me!” but at the slightest sign of disrespect I’d resort to irrational decisions. This week I learned you gotta be the Man you wanna be, & have integrity show through both words & actions. I came to the conclusion that my ridiculous actions are always contradictions to my intentions, or what I say I’m all about. I can’t Disrespect to get Respect, or think I’m better than the next person, just cuz I can’t get over myself!” I also learned that my confidence or High self-esteem of myself, shouldn’t be anything more than positive Re-enforcement to do what I do, the way that I do it. I should put my ego in check more often & think about what I’m saying before I speak.

Respect “Protect and Serve”
We need to make sure that e respect each other especially civil servants. Its clear that there are thousands of interactions ith officers that are professional, respectful and civil, this is not such a good example of that “respect”.
